We offer direct link and pay on CPM basis.
We have weekly payments and minimum payout of just $10.
All traffic sources is accepted, so you can use domain redirects, autosurfs, traffic exchanges etc.
However not all traffic will be paid. We don't pay for proxy /iframe traffic and traffic, which can't pass basic quality filters (such as failed redirection to the advertisement page).
Our CPM depends on the country because we pay only for sold traffic, but we have quite a good demand not only for HQ countries (USA/UK/CA), but also for lower tier countries (such as India).
Publishers with high quality traffic (no iframes and proxies) can earn $0.05+ CPM for traffic, which won't be accepted in other adnetworks.
